My husband and I decided to move from Washington to Colorado, but we weren’t able to physically go to Colorado so we were extremely nervous to buy a house blindly. We got in contact with Sophia and the first interaction over the phone started with her saying that she is here for us,she will advocate for us, and that’s exactly what we were looking for. We would send her links to beautiful homes and within a couple hours she’d go there and send us video walk throughs. We fell in love with one house and put an offer in but the seller and their agent were being extremely difficult. Sophia went above and beyond to advocate for us and fight for us. It ended up not working out but it was for the best. We kept having her tour houses for us, put another offer in on one and that ended up not working out also. We were feeling defeated, then a house at the perfect price point popped up and the video she sent was gorgeous, it was everything we wanted.. and so did a lot of other people. As we waited on offer review day, knowing that they had multiple other offers, Sophia kept in contact with us and the sellers agent to tell us what we needed to do to have the upper hand. We got the phone call from her saying we got the house and it was like Christmas! We went through so much after this also, our lender was giving us nothing but difficulties but Sophia referred us to someone she knew who handled everything within a couple hours and got us squared away. Sophia and her team are so incredibly knowledgeable and I can’t imagine using anyone else to buy a house. She helped us feel comfortable that everything was going okay and even if it didn’t, she would work as hard as she can to help us, which she did. From the word go, Sophia was extremely responsive, considerate, and helpful as we attempted to buy a house and move on a short time table in today's market.She was able to answer all of the questions we had, helped us understand everything we were seeing as we went through the entire process, and just generally went above and beyond as we worked our way through the sale. Her service became even better (if that was even possible) when things went wrong at the time of final home inspection and closing. She helped us sort through all the problems and got us closed only a day later than we had originally planned.     Hi, everyone we are the Robison's. My husband has a 23 year old and I have 25 year old. We also have our 5 year old baby girl, words cant express to buy a house in this market. We thought it would be impossible to buy a house in this market today. With the open house's and bidding wars.Im a hair stylist and I hear the heart broken from families. They thought they had their forever home. When they were out bid of thousands of dollars of asking price, and the other buyers having cash on hand offerw. When we started to venture into buying a house. We had so many different mix emotions, especially my husband and I our natives of Colorado. We thought it would be impossible purchasing a house in this market. We found a house that we were very interested on Realator.com. I have heard so many negative comments about Realator and Zillow. Our house was on Realator.com when we saw the house that we were interested in. We immediatily replied to Realator app, about the house. I talked to an representive and within minutes I got a phone call from Sopia Radwan. She is my Judge Judy with a fight. After our walk thourgh and she knew that we were serious about the property and we had our pre-qualification letter from our lender. She had told me previous to the walk thourgh if we wanted to put a contract, that Sophia would have one ready to sent asap to the other realtor. She even said that she would pull over from driving to send it threw email. Tshe contacted the other realator and home owner a offer. They counter our offer and wanted to do a open house. "Sophia wasnt having it. She said no my clients our very interested, has letter from lender about there loan. Also will give the home owner what her couunter offer was. She was not going to the bidding wars."!!!! She made it cleard, we got the contract for the home owners asking. I can go on and on, but all I can say is thank you foreveryting that you did for our family. I dont consider you as just my realator. You were there for us emotionally through the whole process.     The BEST residential realtor in San Antonio, TX! I have been wanting to invest in multi-family properties in TX for awhile now. When I started researching and reaching out to numerous realtors in San Antonio, I quickly learned that many of them were poor communicators. 3-4 of them in a row did not respond to multiple emails,phone calls, or text messages. I felt like these realtors were only wanting to represent sellers during this type of market. I first met Anna when she responded to one of my posts in a FB chat group for real estate investors. We connected on the phone and I quickly learned that she was an excellent communicator and with very prompt responses. She explained everything so clearly and made sure that I understood every step of the way. There were ALOT of issues with my lender (Chase bank) closing, or should I say lack of closing that a 3 week close turned into a 2 month close. But despite SO MANY issues and multiple times these deals could have fizzled, Anna never gave up. She stayed on top of my lender the entire way through, she thought of creative ways to close the deal, she thought very critically, and even reached out to her resources in finding alternative ways to close these deals.
